Regardless of a patient’s current state of health or the activity level in their work and personal lives, changes in the season are always present in the pulse.
Students will learn to distinguish these important changes in accordance with the “Mai Jing”, the pulse classic text. Students will also learn the layout of the 18 classic pulse positions and how to incorporate a detailed assessment of each position into a diagnosis and treatment plan. This simple approach to pulse reading is very useful in treating patients with complex and multiple patterns.
Lecture and Practical Demonstration
